Our gluten-free flour blend is rigorously tested using the VITAL (Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen Labelling) procedure for cereals containing gluten. Testing shows gluten levels are non-detectable.

Ingredients that are produced in facilities that handle gluten have been specifically tested for cereals containing gluten, with results below the Limit of Detection (LOD 0.000).

Our base donut contains the following allergens:

✴️ Soya (found in our soy flour)

✴️ Sulphites (found in our soy flour, maize starch, and raising agents)

Our donuts are cooked in Vegetable Oil (palm oil, rapeseed oil) and rolled in Cinnamon Sugar.

Other products are used in our production space. We do have policies in place to prevent cross-contamination.

The other products used in our production space are toppings. Our toppings are labelled with the folliowing allergens:
